Theme Installing
Q- How to know if Ahmed themes are compatible with my phone?
A- My themes are running for Symbian S60 phones. Check your compatibility here.
Q- How can I install your themes on my phone ?
A- Connect your phone to your PC with a Usb cable, select “PC suite mode” and double click on the .sis file that you’ll find in the zip package. or copy .sis file to memory card via card reader, then press on .sis file and click “Yes” on the next window and continue installation on your phone.
Q- When extract the zip package, I found two or more .sis file, what’s the difference between those? and Which version should Install for my phone ?
A- On each package you can find :
-The “……by Ahmed”, This is version with customized icon set.
-The “…..Default by Ahmed”, This is a lite version with Nokia default icon set.
-The “……Landscape by Ahmed”, This Version for 320×240px screen size like Nokia E61.
Q- When Installing a theme, I’m getting an “Certificate error. Contact the application supplier”, How can I solve this problem ?
A- Don’t worry, It’s an common problem of the Nokia E-Series phones like the Nokia E51, E71, E61 etc. To fix this issue:- Go to Menu > Tools > App. Manager > Options > Settings > Then change “Software installation” from ” Signed only” to “All”, and “Online certificate check” set is “Off” and you are done.
Q- What’s the difference between (SVG) and (QVGA) ?
A- Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) is an file format for describing two-dimensional vector graphics, (SVG) files are provide high-quality graphics on the web, scripting, personalized graphics. In addition on resource-limited handled devices such as symbian S60 mobile phones. According.. the (SVG themes) are compatible with all screen sizes of symbian mobile phones, such as 240X320, 320X240, 352X416, 360X460 and all screen sizes supported, while (QVGA Themes) are compatible only for 240X320 (Qvga) screen.

Q- What are Premium themes?
A- Premium themes are selected themes that their have top graphic materials, supported all Symbian Platforms, the elements used in premium themes are nine pieces element that look better than single piece elements, free updates and you don’t need to pay money to download the updates.
Q- Why make Premium themes?
A- Actually I’m still a student so I don’t have any income, by these premium themes I’ll be able to maintain my blog and buy software, tools, graphics and icons which I need to improve my themes. Also theme designing for Symbian Os isn’t easy work absolutely that I spend over a week to make just a theme, sitting a lot of hours on PC to complete a single theme and test it on multiple devices and when you purchase just one theme of my premium themes you stimulate me to make more free themes to you.
