Please read carefully, review and be sure you understand my License Terms. You should carefully read all of these terms and conditions as your download or purchase or use of any Ahmed WORLD Design Product(s) or services. Your purchase or use of my products implies that you have read, understand, and concept of the license terms below.

1. Theme license & usage

- Premium Themes: Premium Works are copyrighted with All Rights Reserved that means you cannot be shared, published on any other site, reinstalled on multiple phones and used for commercial purposes. Reselling and sharing are strictly forbidden.

- Free Themes: Free Works are licensed under a Creative Commons License 3.0 and all other copyrighted images and registered trademarks belong to their respective owners. you can be reinstalled on multiple devices. Sharing and publishing are possible with two conditions:-

• It is not allowing to delete any file from the package.
• You must keep the original preview with link and other watermarks.

You cannot used for commercial purposes, alter, transform, or build upon these works.

2. Ownership

Buying a premium theme or downloading a free theme doesn’t mean that you are owning it, you are just getting a license to use the theme for personal purposes.

3. Theme support

I will take care of the customer support, but no warranty is provided with the purchase of the themes.

4. Warranty

The premium themes are sold “as is” without warranty or guarantee about bugs, I have assure that all the products are made with great care, but nevertheless if you have bugs at theme, you can provide me an email and attach screen-shots of the bug that you encountered, I will fix it at the next update of the theme and you will take it without any fees.

(*) I cannot guarantee that themes will function with all 3rd party components and applications.

5. Help

I will provide Help and Technical Assistance for the Premium Themes Sales. Just send me an email. I usually reply to tech emails in less than 24 hours, If you don’t get a reply within 6 days, please contact me again.

6. Theme Updates

All updates and new versions of the theme which you have purchased will be free of charge, you do not need to pay money for that.

7. Delivery

After you have successfully sent your payment, please send me an email via “Contact Form” with mention phone/OS which you want. I will send you two versions of theme (with Customized icon-set plus one with default icon-set) as soon as possible to your mailbox.

(*) Premium Themes will be sent using email to avoid any problems which may occur.

8. Refund policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be given for Premium themes. Every theme sold on Ahmed WORLD Design has a demo version which can install before buying to reassure that the theme is compatible with your phone.
